The Foster & Adoptive Parent Group is an outreach activity of Cherrydale’s Orphan and Foster Care ministry. We offer spiritual and practical support to existing and potential adoptive and foster families at Cherrydale Baptist Church and in the surrounding Northern Virginia community.
We meet to share our stories, our successes, and challenges and to pray for each other and provide encouragement. The Foster/Adoptive Parent Group meets virtually (via Zoom) on the 3rd Thursday evening of every month (with a few schedule exceptions) to share praises and prayer requests.
Anyone who is currently an adoptive or foster family and anyone considering adoption or fostering are welcome to join us! We simply ask that you keep confidential any personal information shared during our meeting times.
